The effect of the new Facebook after it was launched; it created much devotees fuming due to its new layout and functions which did not match people’s satisfaction. This is because; societies are too comfortable with the previous functions of its acts in social networking website itself. Facebook engineer, Mark Slee (2008) stated to the AFP that the website's team is confident they can win over their users because Nikki Gerwel explained the world is all about changes that provide a better quality changes which will attract and maintaining people to devoting to the site.

Furthermore, Technology has been always developing to shape the world to a better place which is why Facebook has taken this step in upgrading their new formats. The new interface allows members use tabs to gain priority to fresh pictures, messages, or "feeds" on main profile pages and compartmentalize mini-applications and "static" information such as a curriculum.

Facebook has changed its layout two times under a year and according to Lonescu (2009) these changes were made to compete with Twitter. However, the changes were being criticized by its members.

However, Rush (2009) stated in her article that there are others who support the new features of Facebook. One group, the Students for the Facebook News Feed, said, "The News Feed has streamlined Facebook, allowing one page to show you everything that has happened recently."

Many of Facebook users hate the new changes, they said it was untidy and it was not like what they expect. However, all Facebook users should adapt to the new Facebookinterchange. Reasoning to this is because as Walsh (2006) multimodels play an important role in creating that attaction thus also it allows simplicity to the members to use. Walsh (2006) further mentions that, with the new layout and upgrades done it creates affordance to the people as it provides better views, gadgets and the interactiveness of the new Facebook. Besides that, these changes are for the better not for the worst for the society. Slee (2008) stated that "We are focusing on innovating and making the product better".

In conclusion, Facebook wants to satisfy members to gain as they are trying to update for a better improvement so that it will not lose the user of Facebook and therefore, it shows thatFacebook is a user-friendly of social networking.
